We recently had our roof replaced by FSR Roofing, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations.

Communication throughout the project was outstanding. They were always available, quick to respond to emails and texts, and kept us informed every step of the way. It's rare to find a company that is this responsive and easy to work with.

Our project manager, Chris Slone, was polite, professional, and thorough. He took the time to answer our questions, made sure everything was done correctly, and ensured the project stayed on track.

There are many reasons to choose DSR Roofing for your house repair and maintenance needs:
Timeliness of all forms of communication — no excess waiting (or hoping);
 An estimate that is competitive;
 Sufficient personnel to get to the job and perform the work needed quite quickly;
 An important point:  The scheduling of a post-work walk-through inspection (with photos to the customer) to memorialize all work.; and
 The most important point:  The best point of contact individuals I have encountered in quite some time. Diana in the office kept me informed throughout the initial stages without delay. Chris Slone explained everything clearly before, during, and after the work. His level of communication was incomparable.  Then, when I pointed out something that another contractor failed to follow up on, he went to his truck, returned, and drove in two missing screws.  Truly, above and beyond all expectations!
