FSR built a new covered deck for us. The professional deck building team and their leadership was focused on providing a high quality deck built to our requirements from the start of the project.
Much effort was made to ensure the deck was strong, level and square. Quality materials and workmanship have given us a deck that is great looking and should easily last as long as our house.
The project managers were very good at keeping us informed about the work schedule for the next day.  My Saturday morning text question to the project manager was answered in minutes even though it was his day off.
I had 3 other companies give us a bid on the project.  FSR’s experience, reputation and significant cost savings made them an easy choice .
We have not a single complaint and many positive things to say about FS...

Chris Slone and his teams were wonderful! We are very pleased with the results.. The roofers, gutter installers, repair and paint indoor crew and chimney reconstructions were all so professional, courteous, and efficient.

I had a phenomenal experience with FSR Roofing from start to finish. I started the journey on their website using their rough estimate, which gave me a starting point to see if they were worth reaching out to. When I had someone come out and draw up an accurate estimate, they were able to do so the same day. I then received the estimate within 24 - 48 hrs. They were even able to update it multiple times as we worked to ensure we were receiving the correct dimensions and shingles.

The day of work went by incredibly quickly. The team was here bright and early and finished in the late afternoon. There was no damage or mess left behind. And the new roof looks great.

For a company that was highly competitive price-wise, its customer service that made them top-tier. I worked with Chris from the beginning, and he promptly answered all my questions by phone and email, which there were plenty of. It was great to do the final walk-through with him and have the reassurance that he's available should anything happen while the roof is under warranty.
