We made the call at 8:00 am, and told them our AC went out overnight. In that call, the got our phone numbers (my wife and mine), and email addresses. When there was a new update to our service status, we both received texts and emails.
We got a text at 8:50 saying a tech was 30 minutes out. He showed up at 9:17. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes (a capacitor), and he had a matching unit on his truck. He took pictures the entire way; a pic of the old unit in his hand, and a pic of the new unit in place. Then he went to draw up the paperwork.
He offered us enrollment into their yearly maintenance program, and we said yes, because we were so impressed up to that point. It took him longer to do the paperwork because of the maintenance program, than it took to solve the problem.
Throughout, Bryan was friendly and cordial.
Bryan left at 10:27. From the time he was on site until he left was an hour and ten minutes. As stated, it was only that long because he had to fill out paperwork. If he hadn't, it would have been less than thirty minutes.
In the afternoon, we got a call from HART, asking how everything went. We already have our fall service appointment set up, and we have plans to have them out for a more advanced procedure next February, also already scheduled.
We searched "best HVAC in Springtown", and we can assure you, HART absolutely is the best. These folks treated us with kid gloves and charged a VERY reasonable service charge. We woke up with visions of dropping a mortgage payment, and it turned out to be about the cost of two nice meals out, or one meal if you like cocktails with dinner. You'd be happy about it, too!
