Marty Galvin from the Mineral Wells office has helped my wife and I through the whole process and delivered everything as promised. Vinmark helped with the inspection with our adjuster, walked us through the next phases and has been a tremendous help with handling insurance procedural understanding. The crew that installed our roof was extremely professional, respective of our property and both the roof install and cleanup were top notch. They just finished our roof, and it was a great experience. We were dreading it, but they were awesome to deal with and it turned out beautifully! They provided us with a lot of useful information, but there was no hard sell of any products or services. It was very straightforward.

They communicated extremely well and did everything they said they would. The whole crew were nice guys and went the extra mile to keep things tidy and cleaned up. In an industry with a reputation for being shady, Drake and the crew from Vinmark were top notch.

I just had to share what an absolutely fantastic experience we had with Drake Hernandez, The Regional Manager over at Vinmark.
Drake is the kind of guy who just takes care of people. When my dad had a pretty simple leak, Drake came out, fixed it right up, and honestly didn't even charge him a dime. That's just solid, honest service.
Then, for my brother's house, we needed a whole new roof. Drake’s inspection report was so top-notch and crystal clear that the insurance company accepted it without any fuss whatsoever. Vinmark is getting the roof replaced soon, all thanks to Drake making everything so easy.
When it comes to getting things done right, with true professionalism and a big dose of neighborly care, Drake is the only person I’d ever call. He’s truly the best...
