We recently had Bret and his crew replace our roof, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the start, Bret took the time to clearly explain the process, shared photos of what he found, and made sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way—without ever pressuring us into a decision.
His crew arrived exactly when promised, completed the roof replacement in just one day, and left the property impressively clean afterward. I was especially impressed by the care they took to protect our landscaping and AC unit, which showed a real commitment to quality workmanship and customer care.
The roof looks fantastic, and the whole project was far smoother and easier than I anticipated. I normally don’t leave reviews, but Mr. Bret truly deserves one. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, polite, kind, and responsive. He fixed our roof, and the very next day we had a heavy storm. I noticed a small leak and reached out to him, he responded within seconds and came right back out to our house, no questions asked, to make sure everything was completely taken care of.
That level of customer service is rare these days. He genuinely cares about his work and his customers. His pricing is also very affordable, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. Hands down one of the best we’ve ever worked with.
If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you so much, Mr. Bret...

I’ve now used Texas Pride Roofing & Fencing twice and had a great experience both times. Bret responded quickly when I reached out and addressed the issues the very next day, which was greatly appreciated. He was professional, easy to work with, and the quality of the work was excellent.

The first project was a larger fence repair, and the second was a smaller job to fix damage caused by another party — both were handled with the same level of care and attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Texas Pride Roofing & Fencing and will use them again in the future...

Bret was super friendly and very knowledgeable about my drafty kitchen vent. As soon as the parts came in he was over to handle it. 30-45 minutes later, no more leaky vent and looks better on the outside as well. 5 star...
