Trent was very communicative throughout the entire process and they acted fast. Roof and fence were finished within 2 weeks of the claim being filed. Highly recommend. They were very communicative from the quoting process to scheduling (daily cause there was a lot of inclement weather). Good communication and explanation on price and material options. Once they started they had lots of guys onsite, the manager on duty was very knowledge and friendly (went out of his way to make sure no nails in my tire). The workmanship seemed excellent (i say seemed cause I'm not jumping on the roof :), gave us drone photos several times. They even replaced some broken gutters neither of us were sure if they were broke before or not and gave us some solar powered vents cause the onsite ones were broke. Highly recommend!...

After the big storm, I was worried about finding help with my tile roof after some tree limbs broke through and allowed water in. Called Paradigm and Adam was able to send some guys out to assess the damage. They were efficient and took care of the damage quickly in case the storms returned...
