Kincaid Roofing & Remodeling is locally owned and operated by Lubbock native Kris E. Kincaid.  With deep roots in the Lubbock community Kincaid roofing is eager to give back and support local families and organizations.  With a brick and mortar office you can rest assured knowing we will be easy to locate should you ever experience a warranty issue.  At Kincaid Roofing we believe the local difference is everything.  We service Lubbock and surrounding communities within a 130 mile radius (excluding New Mexico) and the entire state on commercial applications.  From small wind repairs to schools and warehouses, we do it all.

Our philosophy is simple: To install the absolute highest quality roofing system using superior materials and the most experienced installers at a fair price.  

We NEVER sacrifice quality for price. We know exactly who is installing our roofs.   The same foreman and installers have been crafting our roofs for over a decade.  Year in and out they provide consistent quality and dependability to each roof they install.  

Services:

Estimates are always FREE at Kincaid Roofing on residential and commercial properties.

Roof inspections for real estate that you are about to buy or sell are also always FREE . We work with numerous realtors and insurance agencies in Lubbock and the surrounding areas.  

Roofing: We install all residential and commercial roofing systems available.  This includes composition, metal, stone coated steel, wood shake, TPO, Modified Bit, foam and coatings. 

Replacement Windows: We offer the highest quality most energy efficient windows on the market.  From double hung to triple pane windows and everything in between.

Siding: Tired of painting your home every 5-7 years? Installing high quality insulated backed vinyl siding can save you tons of money in the long run.  We install only the highest quality thickest vinyl and steel siding on the market.

RCAT: We are proud members of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas and in good Standing. Our President Kris has served on the state board since 2020.

LARCA: We are also proud to be one of the founding members of our local association Lubbock Area Roofing Contractors Association.  

BBB:  Proud member since 2006 of the South Plains Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating

SEA:  Kincaid Roofing has been a proud member of Sales Executive association since 2008 representing the roofing category. SEA is the oldest running business to business networking group in Lubbock Texas established in 1973. Kris Kincaid served as President for the 2015-16 year and currently still serves on the board. 

Owens Corning Platinum Installer: Less than 2% of all contractors have achieved this status with O.C.  We are one of the few you will find in West Texas!  We also received the Top Performer Bright Star Award from O.C for the Southwest Region in 2015.

I started using Kincaid Roofing almost a decade ago. Not only do they install a superior roof, they also have top-notch customer service. My roof has been replaced twice by Kincaid (most recently last fall), and both times, the roof is perfect and quickly installed, the team is easy to work with and cleans up thoroughly each day, and Kris is the best communicator. He is quick to reply and always kind and courteous. My grandmother recommended them before I moved into this house as she used them for years and loved them. I'm so glad I listened to her! She passed away almost a week ago, so I'm leaving this review for both of us! Thank you Kris and team!...

Kris is great to work with and helped me navigate a challenging process with my insurance company who didn't want to fund a premium shingle. He completed the work on time and flawlessly. Job site cleaned up well. Highly recommend....

From the initial consultation to the final touches, Kris and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain every step of the process and addressed all our concerns with patience and expertise. The quality of their work is outstanding; our roof not only looks fantastic, it exceeded any of our expectations. They completed the project on time and left the site spotless. I am so thankful that Joe Alvarez walked me through the whole process of replacing my roof and gutters.  He really put my mind at ease.  And the roofing crew did a great job.  I love my new roof!  They were very organized and efficient and they cleaned up the area well!...
