Mike from Stormlight Exteriors identified that the pitch of our roof was incorrect, which was allowing water to pool and get forced under the shingles, ultimately causing leaks inside our wall. He explained the issue clearly and laid out the corrective options. His team corrected the roof pitch and addressed the drainage issue, which had been undersized and unable to handle the volume of runoff from the roof. That bottleneck had been causing water to gush down the side of the house and damage our landscaping.
