Their willingness to engage with my feedback and ensure everything was done to perfection really stood out. My roof installation was complex, as it was on a 4th-floor roof, and even my skylight installer refused to take on the project. Roof Squad, however, stepped up and offered to handle the skylight installation as an additional service, saving me the headache of having to find another installer. Even though the skylight measurements were wrong, Roof Squad accommodated and adjusted everything to make it work perfectly, which was a huge relief. What impressed me even more was the constant supervision throughout the project. Every day, someone from Roof Squad was on-site with drones, monitoring the progress and ensuring that everything was going according to plan.
