Window leak caused damage to window trim and drywall damage. The guys did an outstanding job repairing, replacing and painting. You can’t even see that there was an issue. I really appreciated their professionalism and quality work...

Kangaroo Contractors and project manager Rob Sielert are excellent to work with. It is the second time they’ve helped me, this time replacing the roof and related hail damage. I especially appreciated knowing exactly what happens and when and being told to move my car out of the garage so I wouldn’t be penned in by the trucks. Rob made sure everything in the attic remained intact after the new roof was on, personally walked the property for leftover debris and met with the insurance adjuster to make sure they both agreed the extent of damage. They cleaned and restained the fence to look like new. It was so nice to have one person overseeing the project with teams they work with all the time. I will use them again for future updating projects, I couldn’t be more pleased...

Very disappointed with the service I received. The gutter cleaner left debris all over my yard. I called and they came out and got some of it. Then I had an issue with how much they removed as my gutters still had items in it. I called and asked for a manager. The girl on the phone was extremely rude when she found out I had an issue. I asked when I should expect a call back and she told me she had no idea. 3 days later I was able to find the email address of the manger or owner. He was extremely unhelpful and gave off the impression that he did not care about my concerns for either the debris on the yard, the girl who was rude on the phone, or the left over debris in my gutters. The entire process was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. My mother had a similar experience of non responsiveness as well, which was how I was able to obtain the man’s email who is either the manager or owner. Worst service I’ve received on a job in years...
