After having it repaired, Dwyer Restoration performed the necessary remediation and remodel for the damage that was caused, as it affected not only the bathroom, but the adjacent bedroom. The owner of the company, Dan, was professional, informative, and most pleasant as he explained the scope of work that was required. He also endeavors to conduct all final walkthroughs to ensure work is completed properly. Two gentlemen, initially Ken, and then Chaz were instrumental in assisting with insurance submission for payment of the project. Once the insurance company determined the amount it would pay for the project, Chaz was quite helpful in assisting with the modification of the scope of work. Krystal, co-owner of the business, was the point person for scheduling and coordinating all of the work to be done. She was exceptional in her communication delineating timelines, work to be performed, and who would be arriving to perform it and when, as well as answering any and all questions I needed addressed. I truly appreciated her constant involvement in ensuring I was apprised of what the next step would be along the way. Caleb was absolutely wonderful and most efficient in prepping the areas for remodel and was also great with my lab who was first to greet him. Then, I was blessed to have Juan completing most of the work, such as the drywall, the texturing, the baseboards, the beautiful new tile installation, etc., as he is a master at almost everything and is efficacious in ensuring the work is done with precision and excellence. Guido was an absolute delight, hard-working as he facilitated the rebuild of the bathroom cabinet and transported and delivered necessary supplies, and was just so much fun he felt like family. My pup, Baloo, truly thought he was there for him. 😊 Rudy did a fantastic job installing the carpet pad and restretching the carpet perfectly, and George did a lovely and efficient job cleaning the carpets and providing comic relief as he did them. 😁. The final step to that whole process, was the reinstallation of the toilet by plumbers Jason and his son Jaden who were friendly, knowledgeable, and quite adept at their craft. I also truly appreciated Jaden interacting with Baloo, my pup, which allowed me to speak with his dad regarding questions I had as he was finishing the work. Baloo really enjoyed them both and could tell they were huge dog lovers! Before this work was actually completed, I ended up having another leak in a different part of the house which is a whole new adventure upon which I am embarking and for which I must give a shout out to Mario, the head of the remediation team. He has been a blessing of information and advisement, affable, and generous in sharing his wisdom and time regarding my circumstances. Thank you to everyone for helping me restore my home.
