Bannister installed all of our plumbing for our new building, so we gave them a call when we started experiencing some issues with our restrooms. I was very impressed from the start with Barbara's courteous & professional demeanor on the phone. They scheduled us for "between 8 and 11", but called at 7:55 to let us know the tech, Branden, was on his way. He arrived promptly & introduced himself immediately.
