Am shocked!! Called Sunny Service, in Hurst (they service many other surrounding area's too). Guy named Andrew was dispatched. Use to repair guys trying to scam me, so prepared for same possibility....I was so very wrong! He is what every repair person should be cloned from. Was kind, courteous, knew his job, explained things clearly and completed in a timely, professional manner... just what every customer needs and wants in a repair person. Sunny should be very proud to have him as an employee. I feel confident I have found the ideal company, which puts my mind at ease for any future repairs or issues...

If you want excellent customer service along with knowledge and I don't mean just talk to talk knowledge and spit out all the terminology, I mean really knowledge broken down to where you 100% understand what you are getting then you need to use sunny service! I was blown away by Chase's service technicians customer service today. Not only did he break his company's terminology down but he helped us understand 2 other companies as well to ensure we were getting the best service for the right price. You get what you pay for, and that's exactly what we wanted. We wanted to ensure that we were getting not only the service but the product for the price we were about to pay. Unfortunately, we didn't go with this company for our new ac unit. But in the future if we need any repairs or any services for plumbing or electrical you can bet we will call Sunny services to ensure we are getting a trustworthy, honest customer service rep out to our home!
