The process from beginning to end was very professional. They worked with my insurance carrier (SAFECO) on the hail damage which resulted in a full replacement. They were always on time and sent a larger than usual crew so my roof was completely replaced in a day. My pool and landscaping were covered by tarps for protection. During the replacement some old shingles broke a sprinkler water line. The Sloma crew fixed the break right away. Clean up was very thorough. Overall a very professional process from start to finish...

We went with metal roof and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Justin was a pleasure to work with - the communication during every step of the process was fantastic. There was no pressure - I felt at ease during every decision. The demo and install crews were professional and very respectful of our time and property. And the final product looks stunning. I’m told that a metal roof can last a lifetime, so I might not need another run in with a roofing company. But if I do, I’d be happy to give Sloma a call again...

I do not know what the problem is but I have found it very difficult to find trustworthy, competent, and reliable people in the construction trade these days. Recently, I have had several bad experiences with work done on my house. To add insult to injury, construction costs like most things you pay for these days have skyrocketed. When you hire the wrong service provider to complete a job it can have dire consequences. Let me go on record as saying I do not have the type of money to redo something I had already sacrificed to pay for. A short while ago, my roof was damaged due to a hail storm and was in need of repair. An estimate was conducted by Matthew Rae, employed by Sloma Roofing and Restoration. He inspected the roof very thoroughly and suggested I consult with my insurance provider for resolution. Admittedly, I was unsophisticated in what it entailed to teardown and put on a new roof and more specifically the exorbitant cost associated with the project. So being able to file a claim with my insurance was beneficial to helping me save lots of money. For which, I am so very thankful. At my behest, Matthew who was well versed in dealing with insurance companies in these important matters handled my claim from start to finish. I believe his handling of the claim was instrumental in getting my provider to take responsibility and pay up. The insurance company approved the claim. Pre-dating the selection of Sloma to complete the project, my wife and I had several conversations with Matthew and the owner in person or by phone to clear up questions we had. They were attentive to our needs and concerns which gave us the confidence to move forward with the transaction. Sloma completed the job in less than two days and my house is over 5000 sq feet. The roof looks amazingly awesome! I highly recommend Sloma for your roofing needs...
