Their reviews were excellent so I had them come out for a free inspection and quote and decided to have them do the work and they were fantastic in every way. "My roof looks beautiful! The roofers worked fast. They finished the job in 1 day. They arrived around 7am and were finished around 4pm. The crew was professional and were willing to answer any and all questions that my husband and my neighbor asked them about the job. The clean up was great. There were absolutely no nails or trash left in our yard. All driveways, walkways, and decks were swept or blown. Anthony provided excellent samples of roofing choices and colors to choose from made by different companies. Different options for financing were offered. In addition, Universal Roofing even filed the permits that the HOA needed. Jennifer and Andy in the office kept us informed regarding next steps. So through clear communication, we were always in the loop. This is how I like to do business. We all agreed it would be most beneficial to put a protecting coating over the metal, which landed me a 20 year warranty. I had no clue that was even an option. "RCC did a fantastic job with our roof! They even the helped with filing a claim with our insurance. We weren't even expecting it to be covered under insurance. Our agent emailed us and told us it we didn't replace our 25 year old roof, we would not be renewed. We contacted RCC for a quote and Trey came out and informed us we had an opportunity for a claim. They asked for our insurance policy info and handled it all from there. It was approved and settled and they sent Sam out with a 9-man crew to complete the job in ONE DAY. They first erected a mesh shield to protect our landscaping/lawn and collect most of the nails. Our neighbors have already commented on how good the finished product is. "Daniel came by my house as he knew previous strong storms had damaged many roofs in my neighborhood. He asked if he could inspect my roof so I agreed. We put the claim through my insurance and they sent am adjuster. His count was way off from what Daniel counted on the shingles missing. My insurance denied the claim so Daniel asked for them to send an engineer. A manager came out and walked my roof with Daniel and counted the same missing as Daniel. The next day the claim was approved. The process took 6-7 weeks because my insurance took 2 weeks before they sent someone out, then they had to send another person out. After it was approved, Daniel’s crew did a great job in removing the solar panels, installing the new roof, replacing the panels and installing new 6 inch gutters. I’m very pleased with the work they did and highly recommend Daniel Huerta with Storm Choice Roofing and his crew."

Mr. Huerta of Storm Choice understood the importance of the job and was quick to get me scheduled. He picked up on the issues right away and gave me multiple options on the repair. The new gutters and soffit matched what was originally there, and the whole job took less than a week from the time we first met til completion.
