STX Roofing exceeded every expectation we had. From the first call to the finish, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us updated throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised.

STX did a great job installing our slate-look Euroshield roof! In the case of STX, my salesperson was at my house every day. My experience with contractors (both industrial and residential) is that they put their best people in sales. Once the job is sold, all expectations and agreements stay with the salesperson and never make it to the field.  It also helped that the salesperson was the owner, Russell. Some highlights that I valued:
* Management presence every day.
* Regular communication with the product supplier to ensure the installation complied with the warranty requirement.
* Magnetic cleanup at the end of every day, even into the dark evening hours.
* Response to minor issues after the job.
* Job book with warranty info at the end of the job (very professional)
I highly recommend STX for any of your roofing needs...

I wanted to share my experience with STX Roofing. From day one of meeting with STX and discussing our roof and issues we had been facing STX was absolutely amazing to work with.
Instead of trying to sell me a new metal roof they were 100 percent honest and helpful in determining what we needed which was only larger and wider screws.

We also had them replace all of the soffit and facial boards around our house and we are thrilled with the job.

This company was extremely professional and efficient and we highly recommend them...

STXRoofing did a fantastic job. We had our roof replaced , including attic vents and gutters.
They kept in touch regularly throughout the whole process (thank you Ms. Marisa). Ernest and Russel came out several times to satisfy the insurance demands.
They provided professional and honest service, answered all the questions, explained material differences and made scheduling and installation a breeze.
Definitely recommend!...
