Highly Recommend TrueWorks Roofing!

We recently had our roof replaced by TrueWorks and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Every person I interfaced with was a pleasure to deal with — professional, friendly, and truly customer-focused.

Their communication was excellent. I always knew exactly what was happening and when, so I never felt in the dark. When I had some technical questions about my attic’s ventilation, one of the owners, Joel, personally reached out to answer them in detail and even took the time to educate me on the best options. That level of care really stood out.

I also love supporting locally owned and operated businesses, and TrueWorks is a perfect example of why. They clearly take pride in their work and in how they treat their customers. I was especially thankful for how carefully they protected my house and yard during the replacement. The cleanup during and after the job was impeccable — my yard was left in great shape with no nails, debris, or bits of old roofing material anywhere.

TrueWorks exceeded my expectations in every way. I can’t recommend them enough...

I recently had to replace my roof after storm damage, and I’m thrilled with the work done by TrueWorks Roofing. They removed my old roof and installed Malarkey Vista Class 4 shingles, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Although there were a couple of minor issues during the installation, the team caught and resolved them immediately, often before I even noticed. Their responsiveness to my questions was exceptional—whenever I reached out, they were there to help.

Jessica Dingle, our salesperson, was absolutely amazing! Her positive energy and thoroughness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way.

Owner Laura Cole and her husband Josh were also fantastic. They were readily available by phone and text, always explaining the process clearly and even assisting with our insurance claim. Their dedication truly reflected the family-owned business atmosphere, with a genuine commitment to perfection.

I’d like to give a shoutout to Project Manager Evan for being so polite and attentive, and to Gabriel for his meticulous inspection work, ensuring everything was flawless.

Given my positive experience, I will definitely be using TrueWorks Roofing for future roof replacements on my investment properties. Highly recommend this outstanding team!

"I recently had to replace my roof on my primary home after storm damage, and I was so impressed with TrueWorks Roofing that I decided to use them again for a roof replacement on my investment property. Once again, they exceeded my expectations!

This time, the crew of 19 workers completed the entire roof replacement in just six hours, which was incredibly efficient. The quality of the work was excellent, and they handled every detail with professionalism. The team was organized, and it was clear they had a well-coordinated system in place to get the job done quickly without sacrificing quality.

Just like the first time, they went above and beyond in assisting with my insurance company and even worked seamlessly with the HOA to ensure everything was in compliance. Their communication throughout the process was top-notch, and they made sure I was always informed and comfortable.

A family member with rental properties referred us to TrueWorks Roofing.  We received quotes from three roofing companies.  We chose TrueWorks Roofing hands-down.  We're so happy with the high quality customer care and professional services we received  from TrueWorks Roofing.  The free inspection was very impressive, and it included an outstanding TrueWorks Roofing presentation.
Our property is adjacent to a high traffic walking trail along a lake and park.  Many people saw our roof being replaced and stopped to ask questions about TrueWorks Roofing.  We enjoy telling our family, friends and neighbors everything we learned about the thorough inspection and products installed by TrueWorks Roofing.
Our expectations were far exceeded.  What a blessing!!...

Trueworks Roofing is the most professional, high level, roofing company we have ever had the pleasure to do business with. From start to finish the entire team of people did their jobs well and answered every question we had. Friendly Michelle Baldwin streamlined the process, and the knowledgeable owners and office staff were also very personable. The roofing crew was very courteous, and Angel, the top notch crew boss, did an excellent job managing the installation and everything necessary to get the job done. We highly recommend TrueWorks roofing for any roofing need you have. They will not disappoint! Our house looks brand new...
