I recently had to replace my roof after storm damage, and I’m thrilled with the work done by TrueWorks Roofing. They removed my old roof and installed Malarkey Vista Class 4 shingles, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Although there were a couple of minor issues during the installation, the team caught and resolved them immediately, often before I even noticed. Their responsiveness to my questions was exceptional—whenever I reached out, they were there to help.

Jessica Dingle, our salesperson, was absolutely amazing! Her positive energy and thoroughness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way.

Owners Laura Cole and her husband Josh were also fantastic. They were readily available by phone and text, always explaining the process clearly and even assisting with our insurance claim. Their dedication truly reflected the family-owned business atmosphere, with a genuine commitment to perfection.

I’d like to give a shoutout to Project Manager Evan for being so polite and attentive, and to Gabriel for his meticulous inspection work, ensuring everything was flawless.

Given my positive experience, I will definitely be using TrueWorks Roofing for future roof replacements on my investment properties. Highly recommend this outstanding team...

After our recent Hail storm; I met with 4 roofing contractors.  Melissa, with TrueWorks Roofing provided the best review and discussion of quality along with reputation, so we selected TrueWorks Roofing.   they provided courteous, and professional assistance throughout the entire process (including bids, product advantages, HOA appro v also, and insurance help).   They completed the work in the best manner as explained, they went above and beyond my expectations in repairs and clean up!!!   Communication was the best I have ever experienced with any contractor!   The owner. LAURA, Came to my home and met me before the installation.   Cannot, recommend more highy!    Thank you folks!!...

I had a leak in my roof & chimney. Gabriel came out & is the only one that actually got on the roof & took pictures so I could see what the problem was. Communication was excellent throughout the process, even with all my questions. I had Gabriel & his team come for the roof repair which included new step flashing, ice & water shield in multiple areas, and replacing 3 gas exhaust roof pipes. It was an all day job & the team did an amazing job! Everything looks like it was installed correctly and the repairs look good! Gabriel was even one of the workers up on the roof. They cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely hire True Works again when it's time for a complete roof replacement. Also I got a 3 year workmanship warranty on the repairs...

I highly recommend this roofing company for their quality of work, professionalism, and value.  Here is my story of working with them.

These guys are family owned and run a tight operation. Our roof sits on a ranch style house in Timbergrove. The roof was well past its useful life and was starting to actually rip off in places in the wind. A huge hole opened up in our roof 2 weeks before my first child was to be born!

When they came out for the quote Billy and the owner Lara installed a temporary patch for free! They were both very knowledgeable about roofs and had a great pitch. The price was very reasonable so we went with them. Before coming out, they obtained all the city permits for us and were proactive about scheduling.

On the day of install they wrapped the house with a tarp to catch and carry off all the old debris which was very nice. During the install they determined that the condition of our plank decking (a bunch of 1”x6”s) was not good enough to ensure a reliable leak proof base for the roof. Rather than push forward anyway they consulted me and determined that placing a new plywood deck on top of my existing planks for no additional charge was the best course of action (the plywood was substituted in for a thicker mat which was no longer needed). During the install they brought out a small army of men to get the job done in one day. The project manager Angel was outgoing and present the ensure instal. He spoke English which made communication easy and efficient. They replaced all our vents, exhausts, and repaired some significant damage to our eaves.

After the install they walked the house with me and did a great job of picking up all the nails which I highly appreciate with a dog and new child. They also sent documentation of the install to my insurance to get me a better price on my homeowners policy.
