I recently had the pleasure of working with Cristian and Jonathan for replacing my house roof. From start to finish, their communication was impeccable and they made the entire process fast and easy. Right from the first call I had with Jonathan he was extremely friendly and professional, answering all my initial questions and setting up an appointment for an estimate. They were upfront and transparent about the pricing and what to expect during the process, which my dad and I greatly appreciated. On the day of the estimate, unfortunately I was running late but they arrived promptly and thoroughly inspected my roof before I had even made it there. When I finally arrived they were ready to provide me with details and information about the materials and work that would be required. They were patient and took the time to explain everything to my dad and myself, making sure we understood the process and felt comfortable with their recommendations. Throughout the weeks leading up to the installation, Jonathan kept in constant communication with me, providing updates and answering any additional questions I had. They were always available and responded promptly, which made me feel reassured and confident in their services. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time and got straight to work. Their team was efficient and organized, and the whole process was completed in no time. The new roof looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Not only were Cristian and Jonathan excellent in terms of their communication and professionalism, but they also went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
