"My roof looks beautiful! The roofers worked fast. They finished the job in 1 day. They arrived around 7am and were finished around 4pm. The crew was professional and were willing to answer any and all questions that my husband and my neighbor asked them about the job. The clean up was great. There were absolutely no nails or trash left in our yard. All driveways, walkways, and decks were swept or blown. Anthony provided excellent samples of roofing choices and colors to choose from made by different companies. Different options for financing were offered. In addition, Universal Roofing even filed the permits that the HOA needed. Jennifer and Andy in the office kept us informed regarding next steps. So through clear communication, we were always in the loop. This is how I like to do business. Cody, the owner and together with george the project manager or supervisor overseeing the site was professional, punctual, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. We need some stuff to replace our small patio and george was on top of everything making sure to get it right away in our local hardware store if they don’t have it in hand. "I hired Integris for a roof replacement and had a great experience from start to finish! The owner, Cody, was super responsive and I never once felt like I had to chase him down to get in contact with him. When I originally reached out, Cody was able to meet me at my home the very same day to run an inspection and talk about all of my options. From inspection all the way through to completion, Cody stayed responsive and responsible about letting me know when updates occurred. He flew a drone around my property to inspect the roof from every angle, explained my replacement options clearly, and made sure I always understood exactly what I’d be paying for. Once the day of my replacement arrived, the crew worked smoothly and efficiently, and they had a project manager on-site the entire time to handle traffic, coms with my neighbors, and generally just ensure that everything ran well. I also appreciated the protective netting they put up around my house to safeguard my A/C unit and landscaping. One thing I especially appreciated was Integris’ experience with three-story+ homes. Other roofers I had come by for quotes seemed to struggle with my home being a three-story and they expressed as such, but for Cody and his team, it was no issue at all. Once the job was done, more drone photos were provided and they were excellent quality. Tyler Waggoner and Co. gave us a good price which included a huge Veteran's discount. As discussed, the materials arrived with crew on Monday 6/30/25 and under great supervision of Crew Chief (Julian), the project was completed by evening. They used the same exact products that were discussed in out quote and 2nd crew came on Tuesday, installed gutters all around the house.
