We had a great experience with Anvil Roofing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their price was also the best of the estimates we received, without feeling like we were sacrificing anything on quality.

Caleb was really helpful in walking us through the different options and materials, including choosing a roof that should help lower our homeowners insurance. It was also surprisingly difficult to find a roofing company properly insured to work on a three-story home, so we really appreciated knowing that was all taken care of.

The crew did a great job and left everything incredibly clean afterward. The new roof looks great, everything happened on the timeline they promised, and the whole process was much easier than I expected.

They also noticed an old piece of damaged siding down by our garage that had nothing to do with the roof or their work. They went and got a new board and matching paint and fixed it for us while they were there, just because they noticed it needed to be done.

Would absolutely recommend....

Anvil Roofers — Best Contractors I've Hired in Years.

I compared six roofing companies before choosing Anvil - on price, materials, warranty, and credentials. They won on all fronts.

My home is in a TDI windstorm zone, which adds real complexity.  Sam and Caleb were knowledgeable of the process and the details on the roof installation requirements in such zone. When the TDI inspector couldn't find the certification for our originally selected attic fan, Sam drove over an hour to Conroe to source a replacement he knew would pass - no excuses, just ownership. The install was completed in two days, with follow-up the next week to finalize the windstorm zone ventilation requirements. Everything done right, WPI-8 certified. My yard, patio, and house were left immaculate.

Sam and Caleb were patient, transparent, and responsive throughout - never pushy. They sent color examples, pointed me to reference homes in the area, and Sam even brought me soup when I was sick during the process. That tells you everything about the kind of people they are.

Worth noting for any Texas homeowner: workers' compensation insurance is not mandatory in this state, yet Anvil carries it. That kind of integrity matters.

Brilliant Black Malarkey Vista AR, 20-year workmanship warranty. Highly recommend - especially if you're in a windstorm zone....

Got my new roof this week, using Anvil Roofers. They did an awesome job! A large crew showed up and completed my new roof in a little over a day. Caleb gave me a detailed quote and explained every step of the entire process, start to finish. Great work and Windstorm Certificates to boot.

John Miranda and the team at Anvil Roofers were excellent and made our roof replacement so painless. Extremely responsive, clear communication, and highly professional. Gave us a quick quote, worked with our schedules (odd hours due to healthcare), and pricing was very competitive. I know absolutely nothing about roofs but John made things easy to understand, and never once made us feel upsold. The actual work was scheduled promptly and done in a single day. Lastly, they did everything they said they would on the time tables they promised. We couldn’t be happier that we went with their services and would recommend them without hesitation....
