Top Notch Roofing is an excellent choice for your roofing needs. They offer seamless coordination and scheduling. I recently had my solar panels removed for a new roof installation. On the day of the original installation, the weather forecast predicted rain, so they came out to double-check the roof after the solar panel removal. They discovered that my roof was susceptible to water damage and promptly tarped the affected area. They diligently monitored the weather and kept us informed whenever they could proceed with the installation. Two days later, they successfully installed the new roof. They provided an accurate estimate of completion, and their crew was exceptionally professional. They left no trace of their presence, cleaning up thoroughly. My family had positive interactions with Steven, Brandon, and the entire crew...

After looking around and talking with multiple roofers, I decided to go with Top Notch Roofing to redo my roof and gutters and I am so glad I did. They got everything done in one day to include redoing the entire decking and installing a beautiful new roof. Most of all, their General Manager, Gilbert, really stood out to me as a pure professional. He is a phenomenal person and a great GM. There aren’t a lot of businesses where the GM works so closely with customers and is there every step of the way like he was. They are definitely under great management and it shows in their end results!...

I would like to take this opportunity to provide a review of my recent experience with Top Notch Roofing. This is my first time writing a review, but I felt compelled to share the exceptional service I received.  After experiencing multiple hailstorms over the past nine years, I observed that some shingles on my roof were coming loose. Instead of engaging with out-of-state storm chasers who often target homeowners’ post-storm, I took the initiative to conduct comprehensive research and identified a reputable local roofing company for my roof replacement.

I chose Top Notch Roofing based on their excellent reviews from previous clients and their positive rating with the Better Business Bureau. I am happy to report that they did an outstanding job replacing my hail-damaged roof. The project manager, Gilbert, was particularly impressive. He displayed extensive knowledge of the roofing process and took the time to educate me on that process, as well as maintaining clear communication throughout the project. His professionalism and patience in addressing all my inquiries were greatly appreciated.

Gilbert provided expert guidance in selecting the appropriate shingles, navigating the insurance process, understanding warranties, and choosing the best color for my home. Based on his recommendation, I selected "Burnt Sienna," and I am thrilled with the outcome. The color adds a beautiful touch to my home and brings me joy each time I arrive.

The entire process of replacing my large, complex roof, which includes a turret, was executed flawlessly by the skilled crew at Top Notch Roofing. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to hire this local company, as it has proven to be one of my best investments...

Steve the general manager is who i am dealing with on the repair of my roof. He has been helping me through the process and has been nothing but professional.
