I am a landlord and I have used this company at least 6 to 8 times over the past 2 to 3 years. Shawn always shows up when he says he will and always gives you an honest diagnosis of what is going on. He doesn't try to overcharge you and sell you things that you don't need like many companies do. He's always available to call you back or discuss any issues you may have about the job.
