Oh my goodness, I am beyond impressed with this company’s customer service! After a massive tree fell during a storm and clipped the corner of our house, I reached out to Morales Roofers. I spoke directly with the owner, and to my relief, they were able to come out the same day to inspect the roof for any damage.

Thankfully, the damage was minimal and limited to an outside wall. By the end of the day, they sent a crew to tarp the area to protect it from the rain expected in the coming days.

I was especially impressed with their thorough roof inspection and the detailed documentation they provided of their findings. Their communication was outstanding, and the entire experience left me feeling confident and well taken care of.

Great experience from start to finish! Rafa was out the very next day! He was very professional, friendly, and did an amazing job.

Our air dryer vent cover came off. We were just expecting for him to put it back on, but instead  replaced with a new and better cover AND even went above and beyond to replace our rusty nails.  Highly recommend Morales Roofers...
