The roofing industry in Texas doesn’t always have the best reputation, and many Texans know from experience that choosing the right roofing contractor can be frustrating and costly.

My wife and I needed a new roof on our 50 year old home, and we had to pay out of pocket for the work.

Some contractors didn’t even want to bid on the job if there was no insurance company to gouge for profits, while others didn’t want to touch the additional carpentry work needed for an old flat roof section at the back of the house. In all, I reached out to about a dozen contractors and only half of those resulted in useable bids.

Ultimately, at the urging of a family friend, I chose Morales Roofers for the job, and could not be happier with the results.

Raphael served as the point man for the estimate and communications throughout the job, and he was always prompt and responsive. Our situation needed some additional care and work involving fascia board replacements, adding soffit vents and new roof ventilation, along with some general carpentry, and Morales Roofers proved to be adaptable to the task and fair with the pricing.

The result was a highly polished and professional job that turned our old eyesore of a roof into the envy of the neighborhood. Our new roof and fascia boards simply looks fantastic.

In addition to his excellent customer service and communication, Raphael also referred a good installer for gutters that worked within our budget.

I can’t say enough good things about Morales Roofing and Rafael, the owner. This is a truly family-owned company that takes pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and incredibly hardworking.
What really impressed me was their integrity. During the project, my garage roof was accidentally taken down, even though it wasn’t part of the original quote. Instead of cutting corners or making excuses, they stepped up and completely replaced the garage roof at no extra charge. That kind of accountability and customer care is rare these days.
On top of that, they don’t just do roofing they also handle wood framing and repairs. They worked on my patio as well, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Everything was done with care, precision, and attention to detail.
They also installed a door for me once again going over and beyond what we were expecting.
