Made an appointment between 3 and 5P. M. Technician did not show up until 11 at night. Technician left the restroom a mess and didn't actually complete job. Technician said they'd call to schedule them doing a camera view of the pipes to make sure they cleared clog in the next few days after they originally came. The mess that was left behind was sick! Poop water got on all of my kids bath toys and toothbrushes! Highly unsanitary and unsafe!!!!! Not happy that I spent money for someone to do a job and this is how it was left... Update: Three days later, no one has came by to do a camera view and the clog was never fixed. Just had my bathroom flood again only 3 days after my appointment. Waste of money. Never recommending or going here again!!!!!!!!!...

I knew going with a well known company would cost more but I thought it would mean the job would get done with no shortcuts. Unfortunately that was not the case. Lots of short cuts taken to get my water heater up to code. I tried reaching out to their customer service but never heard back. Now I have to hire someone else to help me fix it. The put a drain pipe right through to my front porch which I found out from other plumbers was a big time short cut bc they would have run it out the other side so it wasn’t an eye sore. Plus, it’s not even straight. They took a vent from my wall with the same long screws and drilled it through the door. I understand the need for the vent, but they should provide their own instead of leaving a huge hole in my wall that I now have to replace with a vent I purchase. Whole thing looks like a DIY gone bad...
