Ernesto was fantastic today! He addressed all of our needs and gave us a terrific quote that was very fair in price. He was all finished up with sheet rock repair, paint, flooring, and molding within 3-4 hours the same day. Everything looks great and we will definitely use Hanks again because of Ernestos great service...

We had a front door install and our tech Augustin with Hanks did such great job that we asked about removing some window's and a door and installing a sliding door where the windows were and a automatic doggie door. Both projects turned out great. So we then had a him do a bathroom remodel and again turned out great. It took longer than expected but I would rather that then short cuts. I would highly recommend...

They did work on the house and Tim was great and it looks very nice! We converted our dining room into a pet area as we have 8 dogs we like to do in house grooming and other care. Posted a pic of what he did. Review is not on him. We wanted more work done on the house, but getting Alex or Michael to give call backs to give quotes and start other projects have been a nightmare. I’ve ask for weeks to get quotes on things while they finishing up our project so they can move to the next projects in the house. We wanted to continue using them but they made it really difficult to get additional work done. No one has called and our first project completed this week. I do not recommend using them for lack of communication from project manager or sales or office staff. Again our worker Tim E was amazing. I recommend him do your job...
