We recently had a new roof installed at our home on Townsend Drive in Frisco. Ryan Marron from Elevated Roofing handled the entire job from start to finish, including working with our insurance company and overseeing the actual new roof construction. All the employees from Elevated Roofing were efficient with their work and courteous to my wife and me. Ryan made sure that all of our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Mike Witte was prompt in his initial response for an estimate. He sat down with us and explained everything clearly. He came to inspect our roof at the same time the insurance adjuster was doing an estimate. Mike was able to convince our insurance company to expand the repairs not identified by the adjuster and they adjusted the coverage accordingly. The work was completed promptly and the follow up was completed as promised. Will recommend them to any in need of a roof replacement....
