Was not our 1st call because we had a maintenance plan with another company for our annual check up on the AC unit. To our surprise was not what we expected with not having had ANY issues on previous yearly check ups. Was hit with a hefty estimate that something was wrong with it. So we had a 2nd opinion done by Service Champs and so glad we did, checked out the unit again explained the readings and gave it a clean bill of health. Except what will have fixed under warranty.
