We had our roof replaced in October of 2023 with White Rock Roofing. Jose, our rep, was awesome in going through the entire process with us and the Insurance company. We were completely happy with all aspects of the transaction. So much that we also had them rebuild our leaky back patio and raise the ceiling on our attached sunroom. Their team was professional and did amazing work! It’s crazy how little changes like raising the ceiling, new paint, adding in a few more can lights can improve the quality of your everyday life so much. They replaced my dad's roof in February and he is very pleased with the outcome. Julio and Jose were very responsive and always ready to follow up with any questions or concerns my dad had. They were able to really fight on his behalf with his insurance claim, and he was able to get more coverage than previously awarded. The new roof was installed in one day and the crew did an excellent job! The roof looks amazing and more importantly, we have no more roof leaks!! They also installed three skylights, which look excellent and prepared for our Texas weather. The White Rock team was super helpful in finding the cause of my major roof leak which two other companies did not do. They were able to come out and fix my roof the very next day which was amazing since it was supposed to rain the next week. They did not sell me anything I didn’t need and was a very fair price, I can’t thank them enough for coming and fixing my roof exceptionally quickly...
