The company was very thorough and helped me with talking to my insurance to try and get everything done. They came out and got the roof done quickly but I'm frustrated because it's been a little over a month and they have not come back to finish an area where there is a gap. I've reached out to my rep and Sidney from the company and keep being told someone is coming out. They finally came out but walked on the rood didn't let me know they were even there and were gone in under an hour and still didn't fix the gap. Called back to let the company know and again they said they would find out what happened and they still haven't gotten back to me and that was a week ago. Now they keep sending me emails to leave a review and I held off on leaving a review to give them a chance to correct this problem but it's been over a month and I honestly feel like they have blocked my number from being able to call them. Hometown Roofing did a beautiful job on my roof. I answered their postcard out of the blue. Stephanie came to evaluate the roof. I was hoping she would take 25 or 30 photos, or at least 20, so my insurance company could see the hail damage. She took a hundred. She was detailed, organized, handled everything, and kept me up to date When the insurance adjuster inspected, Stephanie was here. On the day of the build, the project manager was Megan (Marine Corps. veteran with 8 years of service). Again, she was organized, detailed, and answered my many questions. My house is a small bungalow, 100 years old, with half-broken front steps. But the crew treated it like it was the White House. They put tarp over those ugly steps to protect them from debris! I could go on. This was the best experience I could imagine...

See for yourself!! They did a fantastic job and exceeded any expectation we could have imagined. John knows his stuff! He met with our insurance inspector, and he climbed every roof himself before he arrived. He made sure we got every penny to repair the roof damage for all of our metal roofs. He even looked for possible damage on my chicken coop! The roof was done within the promised timeline. David or Ryan were here every day to oversee the project. When our home’s roof was breached by hail we were not sure what we had to do to have our insurance pay for the repairs. The representative from Home Town , Tony Godsey, was able to work with our insurance and get the repairs done. The repairs were done well and in a short time.
