His recommendation did prove a worthy effort and a closure on the roof replacement project for us, due to the damages done by the hail storm few weeks ago. Mr. Jay Smith was our primary contact, who met with us for the first time, explained their process, gave us our next steps, talked to the insurance company, arranged for the relevant inspections, followed up with appraisers and closed in on all signatures. As we had Class 4 shingles, we were particular about doing the replacement with that type. All the above was significantly smooth and without any time delays! Thanks to Mr. Smith all the way! So this was all about the kick-off, planning, and to-do! Now comes the actual execution part! This is when Mr. Daniel, the project manager got in touch with us to continue and close the actual work. He was fantastic to accommodate our time for the work-day, though he suggested couple of much earlier dates for the work! On the day, he and his team were here around 6 am and started the job at 6.30 am as promised. He did an in-house inspection to let us know if we have to take care of the wall decors, wall hangings, chandeliers, gas lines, AC structures, LED light fixtures, heater connections, attic inspection etc. Very thorough! He and his team started the tasks, and then the noise because of the roof replacement work started! Well, this was told to us and was expected! I am not complaining and we should be good to absorb this change for around 9 hours on that particular day! None of his team disturbed us with any questions or interference during the day, they just went on with their tasks and were done by 5 pm. That's when I went out and checked the new roof. It looked fantastic! The shingles' shade suited our sidings and paints. Cleaning the perimeter - Mr. Daniel was aware that we have a pet and we were concerned about leaving our pet outside in the backyard after the roof replacement task, and those nails and screws falling everywhere. The cleaning part was a super job! I too did a quick check walking around and was happy that the cleaning was all good. I thanked the team for their effort on a very hot day, when the temperatures soared up to 104 F. Mr. Daniel did ask me to let him know if I saw any gaps in the work and I did find a couple of observations, conveyed to him. His team who had left for the day by then, came back and explained to me about the gap, brought in additional relevant tools and fixed the issue! Mr. Daniel came back the day after, conducted a personal check throughout the property and we were all good! Overall, a great decision by us that we went with Veteran bros! We happily recommend Veteran bros to all those who want a hassle-free roof replacement for their beautiful house...“ Show more
