My experience with Texas Cool Roofing & Waterproofing was anything but cool. Their communication was abysmal - I had to chase them constantly for updates. When they finally showed up, they were hours late and completely unprepared. The quality of work was subpar, with visible gaps in the waterproofing that led to leaks after the first rain. When I tried to address these issues, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere...

Receptionist was rude and quite honestly awful. Never experienced worse customer service in my life (hung up on me and had an attitude from the start). Sucks cause the roofing might be great, but the experience was awful...

Texas Cool Roofing is amazing, professional, high-quality and trustworthy.
We used them to fix our roof and skylights. They fixed everything, were very prompt, ,professional and pleasant.
I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. A very honest company and that says everything.
I have used Texas Cool roofing twice and both times the work and professionalism was amazing!
