Jake and his team did a superb job with replacing our roof.  From start to finish their work was exceptional. Communication was great, helping to guide me through the insurance process with ease.   They were timely, and the quality of their work was unmatched.  Jake (the owner) is responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with.  Couldn't recommend them higher....

Less than a year into owning our first home we had major hail damage. Being new homeowners, we were a bit overwhelmed with so many roofers stopping in to talk to us, but Jake Mullins from RoofsOnly stood out amongst the crowd. He was extremely respectful and answered every question we had and then some. This being our first roof to ever replace, he took the time to walk us through the whole process and every step of the way was open and honest. He was not trying to push us one way or another on any product but rather gave us honest details that let us make educated decisions into what worked best for our budget. Jake was very easy to get ahold of and was willing to work within all of our HOA regulations and wait to start until we had approval.

All of the crews, from solar removal/re-installment, to the roofers, and even the gutter teams, were on all on time and very kind and respectful of our property. Workmanship was top notch and did a thorough cleanup job using magnets to remove any nails that might of slipped by the tarp coverings.

I would highly recommend Jake and his crews to anyone in need of any sort of roof repairs....

He took his time to describe the replacement process, helped me file an insurance claim, kept me updated along the way and finished with a beautiful new roof that will last for decades!
