LOA turned a burst pipe fiasco into an absolute blessing.  We are thrilled with the work Sam directed in what turned into a major redo of our mid-century modern home in South Austin.  From start to finish over our three months of working together, Sam and his teams were professional, punctual and skilled at their trades.  And even though we decided to add more work to the contract for him and his team, we still were able to move back home on the original timeline!  Sam was incredible to work with, he has an eye for detail, and an ability to translate processes into layman’s terms so we were always in the know of who and what were happening next.  Sam runs a tight, clean ship, and didn’t lose a day to scheduling.  Behind the scenes, LOA keeps clear records of pricing and draws, and even has an in-house insurance adjuster to help us.  While we’re thrilled to be back in our beautiful new home, we’re sad to not see Sam, his brother Jon, Gilbert, Jesus, Elvis, and the rest of the crew!
