Five stars - highly recommend. We had what had become a recurring issue with our AC. They were able to come earlier than expected which was very appreciated given its summer in Texas and I work from home . Leonard diagnosed the issue quickly, explained it in a way that I was able to understand (helpful), cleaned our equipment to avoid other issues arising, and recommended further solutions to avoid this situation in the future. Elite AC was an easy decision given they are local owned and supporters of Pets Alive Austin!! Wow was I even more impressed when my tech Robert M showed up for service today. He showed me how my system worked in detail, gave me tips on how to keep my system working in between visits. He serviced it quickly and efficiently. Was amazing with my dog and was friendly to boot.
