I saw him on TV many many times. He said that you shouldn’t have to worry about your roof. He showed his kids on TV. I thought this is a great guy. I got a bid from him and a couple of others in town. He told me $5000 to fix the flat roof and I wouldn’t have to worry about it for 10 years. I asked him if I could put a deck on the roof and he said yes but that would take a lot more money probably 10 to 15,000 I said all I wanna do at this time is just make sure it doesn’t leak he said no problem .
He sent guys out I wasn’t aware of exactly what they did. They worked I trusted him. He said he would replace all of the metal around my roof and seal it. We didn’t have a Lotta rain for a long time. We got a little rain and I saw a small leak about the size of a basketball on my ceiling and other smaller ones about the size of tennis balls in different areas. I called him  and he sent some guys out and said oh we forgot to do something and I thought well that’s it. He’ll fix it. But I really wanted to talk to him because I didn’t understand why the roof with leak after what they did.
Now with all the rain we’ve had like a week’s worth I have a 6 x 3 spot on my ceiling that is dark. I had rain pulling on the floor in three areas .
I have fixed a flat roof before and they didn’t leak for probably 10 years. I know flat roofs can be a problem, but this guy supposed to be an expert. He says now that I only paid him 3500 of the $5000.
He will do no more work. I have a problem paying him $1500 when I have spots all over my my ceilings ruined.
I have a problem paying him $1500 when he doesn’t seem to care about my room ceiling.

Long over due review my apologies to both the company and all the customers I may have been able to help. Proud owner of a beautiful bullet proof roof. From David my estimator/ sales rep, the wonderful ladies in the office, Ceasar my project's foreman, the amazing workers on the crew, and yes I even dealt with Scott the owner who took it upon himself to reassure me when unexpected rain showed up. This company is amazing , thorough, up to date on city ordinances,  very prompt and deliver an amazing finished project in a timely manner. Love the reassuring ability to log in and see the work as it's being completed and my insurance company was blown away by the protection level of my roof as well as for their inspection requirements. They are extremely professional and left my property clean and gleaming. It's been over a year and never found a roofing nail to date. Use them you won't be sorry...
