Phillips was the only painting company that was very detailed with the wood rot, wood replacement and prep work needed when painting the exterior of the house. Anyone can slap paint on a house. I wanted a thorough job and someone who was experienced. They did a great job...

The replacement of our new roof dryer vent was done timely, efficiently, and with a sincere desire by the crew to do quality work.  We really appreciated the extra effort made to match our old shingles exactly and to use other quality materials.  Efforts used to assure future roof leakage was demonstrated with process pictures and was very impressive.  We paid some more to have Phillips Roofing do the work, but wanted their 1-year leak warranty for future…..  even though I don’t really think we will need it.
