We hired Advantage Remodeling and Roofing to help repair our home in Allen, TX after a hail storm in May 2023. We had very extensive damages ranging from window screen damage, fence , garage, roof, AC and even interior damage from a leak. Stephen, Kirk and the Advantage team have worked with and negotiated with our insurance on our behalf to ensure we are compensated for EVERY damage our home endured. They have done a great job of communicating along the way and keeping us informed. They are knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. The work speaks for itself. Top knock service!

We hired Advantage Remodeling and Roofing to help us restore our recently purchased home after a hail storm. Using a recommendation of our realtor and additional research, I quickly realized that these guys go beyond of just roofing replacement. Reading reviews about Siding replacements and compete HVAC systems I was hooked and wanted to try it for my self.
Initially all started as usual. A very skimpy estimate by the insurance carrier with limited approved damages.  Lots of promises by Mr Fish to complete this and that.  He was rambling on how we are going to do it. Sounded like a far fetched fantasy.  I wanted to trust it.
Let me tell you, that to my surprise,  all happened as promised.
Proper materials were approved for a roof line first. Estimates were collected for my fence, my swimming pool, siding, garage doors, HVAC units and gutters. After approval work took only a few days at the time. All was done quickly and professionally. Yes my house siding was patched up for a bit longer than I wanted to, but all is finally fixed. I even got a new moisture wrap around the house.
To this date we had 3 re-inspections, samples were collected 3 times. 1000 of photos were sent with 300 emails.
I have one complaint!!
I just keep receiving presents every 4 months for the past 2 years. Part of me wishes to conclude this already, but the insurance co had another alternative plan to delay and deny.
Thank you Advantage Remodeling and Roofing for continuous support and for helping me complete this grand puzzle. I appreciate you sticking with me through the process and providing me with knowledge and proper direction to not give up. We both been patient and it is nice to know that you understand this process well.

I hired Advantage Remodeling and Roofing in 2019 after a big hail storm in North Dallas area. All went smooth. Adjuster showed up my son worked with Boris to complete the roofing repairs. Once the roof was opened we found that my chimney was leaking. Supplements were provided. USAA was reluctant to pay for the repairs and a new chimney cricket since I did not have a proper policy coverage. However, this is when the magic happened. To company convinced USAA that the cricket may not be covered, but the internal damages from the water interning my home were !
I was moved to a house in the area, all was taken care to a minute detail. They even had someone to reconnect my computer and activate all of the passwords to my Netflix. All my belongings were packed out and stored while floors, kitchen, walls, ceilings and everything else including showers and tile was redone.
I was moved back and love my new floors and the kitchen. From the looks of the inside and the professional workmanship   I can be sure and truly convinced that my exterior is in a great shape! It was not all peaches and you need to prepare yourself to be out of the house for a little bit to allow for the insurance process to take place. Yes numerous phone calls and the emails. The end result is worth it ! Thank you Advantage Remodeling and Roofing for not giving up and completing this project with flying colors...

We were out of town on holiday when this happened. My daughter was looking after our cat and home sitting. I got a call that the ceiling caved in above kitchen and water was quickly covering first floor of my home. We immediately called Mr Fish with Advantage Remodeling and Roofing. They came highly recommended by our realtor and a friend. Everyone came quickly and water was turned off. Next day, as the plumber repaired the pipe, you couldn’t help but feel a strange sense of gratitude. We were thankful as we were still out of town and could not get back quickly. Yes, our home was a mess, we saw the pictures. The cleanup and recovery would be long and tedious. However, we were thankful that we were able to trust someone locally. Advantage Remodeling and Rooifng worked quickly to mitigate damages using all of the possible resources and supporting companies. Remember we had no choice but to trust strangers to enter our home.
Complete kitchen, all of the floors on the first floor, guest bathroom, hallway were completely remodeled.
Boris and Mr Fish worked dirrecty with insurance company that is still dragging their feet to properly pay for the repairs.
I wanted to thank everyone and specially Advantage Remodeling and Roofing who provided such a swift solution to our water loss.
On this day , as i am writing this i thought about how quickly things could change. How a normal day in Allen Tx had turned into a frozen pipe flood in a matter of minutes.
But as remember looking at the photos and then later arriving to a demolished home, i knew that using a trusted contractor, we will rebuild, repair. We were able to even make it a better place than we originally purchased.
If you ever have something like that or anything remotely happens to you, get professionals to help you. Advantage Remodeling and Roofing did it for me.
