A seamless experience from start to finish. David, the Knoxville, TN, sales manager did a great job explaining how our project would go, financing and of course calmed our nerves over undertaking such a big project. Roberto was the in charge of the actual work and he was wonderful. His crew was on time, efficient, pleasant and when it was time to go they picked up and packed off any residual mess, leaving us with nothing to do but admire our beautiful new roof. Just got new windows and slider doors installed and VERY HAPPY with the work Pinnacle did! From the salesperson Scott C., to Adam W., and the crew - they all were fantastic!!! Prices are one tick short of insane. Anyone who thinks the pricing is good hasn't shopped local contractors. There are a few big companies who are completely ripping people off. If you get a quote from them, they are all nuts. Talk to a local small/mid-sized contractor just to get a comparative price not another large scamming company. They also tell people to leave a good review in order to get a bigger "discount". So there are people leaving reviews for compensation - and who may think they will lose their discount for posting something less than 5 star...

Graham,Has done an awesome job while doing selling us siding. He done everything possible to make us comfortable. He told us how the company was all about family.
