I want to thank Karlton Davis for his 5-Star service. He was very professional, he wrote a competitive estimate, which was slightly lower than the others.
He kept in touch by text, (which I prefer).
He was very understanding about respecting my tenant's privacy.

We had such a great experience with Capitol City Roofing! Karlton was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly professional, always kept us in the loop, and was quick to answer any questions we had.

I had a great experience working with Sam Silverman for my roof inspection. He was extremely informative and patiently explained every aspect of the inspection process in detail. Sam took the time to answer all my questions clearly and honestly, which made me feel very confident and comfortable throughout the process.

He did an excellent job inspecting the roof and was also very friendly and professional. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with such great customer service. I highly recommend Sam Silverman to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing expert....
