I contacted Mitchell with the intent of only getting a quote for replacing my roof.  His quote was very competitive.  As I realized that his company could assist with other exterior repairs that needed to be done, I requested additional quotes-again, very competitive.  Mitchell was very responsive to my many emails with many questions-he was patient, and no pressure, for all of the quotes.  He took the time to explain the procedures to be taken.  My house looks fantastic and I am grateful for his guidance and expertise!  I hired Parker Roofing & Exteriors for a new roof, new gutters, fascia wrap, attic insulation and replacing my shed roof. We signed a contract for a new garage roof in April and made a payment for the materials the same month. Since then we’ve had promises, apologies, and excuses. Two months ago Mr. Parker simply stopped responding to emails. He also ignored my husband’s request that for the return of our deposit. No integrity here; Where to turn next...

This company takes on way more work than they can handle. Doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t call back, lies about when they are going to do the work, never shows up. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. They obviously know how to manipulate the google reviews because all I have ever heard is bad from this company...
