The Entire Team at Built Right have been awesome to work with and are very accommodating, communicative, professional and accountable.

Throughout the entire process multiple team members reached out asking questions about our project and gave us plenty of time to decide on design aspects and were communicative in setting up the ordering of materials, Delivery and project start date.

We had a few issues on our end personally for being available for the project but that did not deter them, they stayed in communication with us checking in, and were very accommodating and patient getting us scheduled for a time that worked best for us.

Once the work began, the crew on site was professional, tidy, and even took time uploading progress pictures and provided quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The work was completed ahead of schedule and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks again Built Right...

I’m a little behind the curve, but still wanted to ensure I got this posted.

Built Right was and remains fantastic throughout the whole process of residing our home. ours started when we had an inspection done on the house and needed a quote turned around quickly. Jake jumped on it and got our quote back to us before the deadline which allowed us to negotiate the price to offset.

The materials took a bit to arrive, but they got us on the schedule as soon as they had them.  Their crew showed up and worked tirelessly to get everything installed well, professionally and in due time. They were responsive, and despite a number of change orders over-delivered on expectations. The few minor issues we found, they corrected immediately without complaint. Should I need services they offer in the future, they will be my first call. Many thanks to an amazing team.

P.S. They held to the original quote, no issue, no arguments, absolutely amazing!
