Nate and his crew were so helpful both in the assessment, scheduling and professional performance of their duties.  Nate was present from assessment, tear down, installation and follow up to ensure every aspect of the job was to our satisfaction.  He and his crew so impressed me that I also had them do the roof on my parents house in North Rapid.  While Nate and his crew were working on our roof, it actually hailed, rained and the wind blew.  But their attentiveness and work one section at a time, the roof was weather proofed almost as quickly and efficiently as it came off and there was no damage from leakage or tear off.  Since they have completed our roof, we have experienced high winds, hail and rain, no damage.  Nate worked with my insurance company and was able to upgrade to a hail resistant shingle, getting us a discount on our premiums.  My wife is really big on flowers and decor, they all worked so hard to ensure any damage to her flowers was minimum, she was so thankful for their thoughtfulness.  I really can not say enough about Nate and his company.  It is true, he may not be the biggest, but in my opinion they are the best.  Nate and Pro Exteriors will be the only roofing company I can recommend...
