"We had a tree fall through our roof while we were on vacation. It broke through the roof and broke 4 of our rafters. We had 3 ceilings fall in afterwards due to water damage. Edgewater Roofing and Construction was there the day afterwards, on a Saturday, getting their tree guys to remove the tree and tarp the roof. We had to have our ceilings repaired and painted. We also opted to go ahead and have our popcorn ceilings removed throughout the house. These guys were so professional and efficient. When they said they would be there, they were. We had heard nightmares about the mess from removing popcorn ceilings from people who had done it in the past. However, while there was some mess which was expected, it was nothing like what we'd been told. These guys covered walls, furniture and floors and used tools that limited the amount of dust and debris. The painting crew that came in afterwards did a fantastic job as well on the ceilings and the rooms that had to be repainted. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! 5 stars is not enough!!"

"Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left"

"I worked with Chris Hume for the most part and he was great to work with. Ultimately, we took an unusable back yard and turned it into something that could have been displayed in a magazine. AWESOME. We did a big backyard project that included three levels of pavered patios (each about 20x20), several retaining walls, beautiful steps going down to the lowest level, truck loads of dirt and a big drainage system to stop my yard from washing away. Also, we did a pavered walkway from the back yard to the front as well as a brick enclosure to hide trash cans. Chris and his crew were fantastic and I would highly recommend them."

"I researched Owens-Corning products and received four estimates for a new roof. Estimates ranged from $17,500 to $28,600. My Lowes Home Improvement Center contractor was my second choice until Lowes offered a roof special giving me a 10% discount which took the cost of the new roof down to $15,300 and financing for 24 months with no interest by signing up for a Lowes Credit card. So I accepted Renoir Restoration because of the price and the same materials to be used, Owens-Corning Duration products. The job was performed in a "top of the line" manner. The materials arrived as planned, the morning before the job was started. The crew arrived the following day at sunrise and departed at sunset and I had a new roof. The noise was fairly minimal from inside the house and the yard was cleaned up throughout the process. When the crew first arrived they put tarps down on my driveway and walkways to protect them and tarps down the house on the sides and on the ground surrounding the house. After the job to clean up a metal sweeper was used to pick up any stray nails. My salesperson, Justin, was always available to me and the crew leader, Josh, was on site throughout the job. Both Justin and Josh returned the day after the project was completed to ensure I was satisfied. I am a close inspector of contractor's work maintenance and/or renovations performed at my house. I have been in this house for 24 years and this is the second roof installed. As far as a big job performed right, from 1-10, I would rate this company, Renoir Restoration, a 10. Lowes involvement also a 10. I have been hiring Lowes' contractors for many years and Lowes always stands behind their contractor's work. I am 100% satisfied with the new roof."
