Roof replacements and siding repairs in Cayce, including stone-coated steel shingles on complex rooflines that required manufacturer approval. One project included a second building with vinyl siding after wood rot repairs.

Excellent communication/service and attention to detail. We had 3 quotes from 3 different companies. Vista was in the middle but we chose them because of the thorough breakdown of all things proposed for repairs. They went step by step to explain what needed to be done and how to prevent future issues. They performed a wood rot repair above my garage that turned into replacing the headers. The rot had gone further into the wood than suspected. The change order was reasonable and they fixed it. The finished product looked better than originally. An issue occurred when reinstalling the garage door track (initially the header was not part of the scope of work) but they had it fixed. Very pleased how well they took care of everything.

They also used a drone to inspect where another leak (bathroom gas ventilation pipe) was occurring in our home. Both pipes were repaired. They also washed our vinyl siding.

Besides the solid workmanship, the crew performing the repair and work went above and beyond! They were courteous as well as thorough with their execution. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely hire them again!...

We recently had a full roof replacement done by Vista Roofing, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, they offered superior product choices that gave us total confidence in the quality and durability of our new roof.

A huge shoutout to Adam, David, Joe, and Nicole! The entire team showed incredible patience with us as we took our time deciding on the right color and materials. They never rushed us and made sure we felt 100% confident in our final choice. On top of that, they provided flexible financing options that fit comfortably within our budget.

Vista Roofing truly stands by their work and delivers top-tier craftsmanship and customer service. If you need roof work done, I highly recommend giving them a call!...

I had a great experience with Vista Roofing. They inspected my roof on July 1 and completed the repairs on July 7. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.

Communication was clear and concise throughout. Appointment scheduling was easy, payment instructions were straightforward, and I appreciated receiving photos of the inspected sites and completed work for my records.

The repairs included replacing multiple plumbing boots and damaged shingles, and the work was completed professionally. I was very pleased with the communication, timeliness, and overall service. I would definitely recommend Vista Roofing to anyone looking for reliable roof repairs....

I had a wonderful experience with this company! I needed a siding repair completed quickly because I was closing on my home, and John and his team went above and beyond to help me. They were able to match the siding color perfectly and get the repair done when I needed it.
Everyone I spoke with, including Nicole and the production team, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They understood my urgency and made the entire process so much easier.
I truly appreciate everything they did and would absolutely recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you, John, and the entire team!...
