The team at Midlands Roofing and Exteriors went above and beyond my expectations on a recent roof repair.

It all started with a quick call to their office, and they had me scheduled for an inspection just a few days later. Brandon came out and spent about 45 minutes carefully going over the entire roof. He pointed out several issues I hadn’t noticed and even suggested removing an old, unused chimney for a reasonable price.

On repair day, the weather forced a couple of reschedules, but the communication was always clear and professional. When the crew finally came, they showed up right at 8 a.m. and worked steadily until about 6 p.m. Their attention to detail was impressive, they matched the shingles so well that in many spots you can’t even tell a repair was made.

They went above and beyond by trimming back some overhanging branches and even cleaning out the gutters while they were up there. Cody, the project manager, also spotted an issue outside of the original estimate and explained why it was important to fix. It added a bit to the cost, but I’m glad I agreed because they uncovered two holes in the plywood that needed immediate attention. For the amount of work they did, I thought the price was very reasonable.

By the end of the job, everything was explained clearly, the site was spotless, and there wasn’t a scrap of debris left behind.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Great communication, thorough work, and real pride in their craft. I highly recommend Midlands Roofing and Exteriors...

Cannot say enough good things about Midlands Roofing & Exteriors. We hired them to replace our siding. They were professional, personable, thorough, competitive with pricing, great with communication, and did an amazing job. The quoting process with Brandon was a great experience. We got several other quotes from companies but Brandon was the best at walking us through the project, following up with answers to our questions, and not selling us on things we truly didn't need. The owner, Chris, came out with his team and walked us through the project himself once our contract was signed. He was very passionate about us being informed and satisfied. And our project manager, Cody, was at the job everyday managing the entire process. He was so quick to communicate every progress report to me and truly had our best interest in mind the entire time. The work crew was so impressive and respectful. And our home looks amazingly transformed. This was such an incredible experience from start to end...

I couldn’t be happier with the siding work completed at my home! From start to finish, Midlands Roofing & Exteriors absolutely delivered.

From the very first meeting with Brandon, I could tell I was dealing with a true professional—knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. The second meeting with both Brandon and Cody only reinforced that. They took the time to explain everything, answered every question, and made the entire process feel simple and stress-free.

We went with James Hardie siding, and the end result is incredible. The quality speaks for itself and has completely transformed the look of the home.

The crew was just as impressive. These guys worked hard—6 days a week, from around 7:30 in the morning until 8:00 at night. You don’t see that kind of work ethic much anymore. They were efficient, respectful, and clearly took pride in what they were doing.

Cody went above and beyond, always a YES!  They even built the gable decor on site.
