Joy Services recently completed installation of a new roofing system on my home.  I had used Joy in the past for a repair and found them to be honest and reliable.  My experience with the new roof only served to increase my delight.
Their website states they are “not just roofing experts”, they are “dedicated partners”, they are excellent and committed to quality, and they are a “trusted name”.   In my experience, Joy Services is one of an unfortunately small number of businesses that not only strives to meet their commitment to their word, they succeed in doing so.
Beginning with my first phone call, and continuing throughout every step of the process, Jason was accessible, timely, knowledgeable, thorough and patient.  I am a Quality Director by trade and a detail-oriented person by nature.  I know that I can drive some people up the wall with questions.  Yet, despite my numerous questions ranging from broad topics to minutia, Jason repeatedly gave great advice and addressed every concern without pause.  That brings a kind of peace of mind which goes a long way.
Of course, the great service would not have meant much without a great product, but the final product itself was more than I had hoped for, and my expectations were pretty high.  The roof is beautiful, and the installation team was very friendly and very professional.  Protection of the shrubs and other property was thorough and cleanup afterward was complete.  Not a nail was missed.
Joy Services claims to be “more than a roofing company”.  Of this claim, I can say this – at the risk of sounding like I am exaggerating (I’m not) . . . if I had a father, a brother or a life-long friend in the roofing business, I do not believe I would have had a better experience...

We discovered a leaking vent in our roof. Jason was recommended to us by a friend and he was amazing— very honest and professional. We were extremely satisfied with the repairs he did and the price he charged was very fair. We will definitely call him again in the future...

We can’t say enough about the outstanding job Joy Services does. We met Jason about 3 years ago when he did some siding replacement for us.  We had had several contractors come out & say they would do the job but never called or came back.  It was a small job however, small jobs often lead to big jobs!  Jason not only did our small siding job but inspected our roof for us.  He found a vent boot that needed to be replaced & advised us to have our dryer vent cleaned & recommended a company for that. Jason replaced the damaged boot but told us our roof should last us about another two to three years.  We told him when the time came, we would call him.  Here we are three years later!  Several people in our neighborhood have been having roofs replaced.  The roofing companies used bombarded us with high pressure salesmen trying to get our business.  We did allow one company to give us a bid, however, we knew all along we would be calling Jason!  The other company’s salesman was very pushy.  We called Jason and he came out to reinspect our roof.  Yes, our three years were up.  Jason’s price was reasonable, he was here when he said he would be & his employees worked hard on our roof!  They were professional & very polite!  They cleaned up afterwards as if our property was theirs. One of them even wiped our shutters with Armor All for us! Jason came back out the next day to inspect everything again before closing the contract.  We had a piece of flashing that really stood out with our new shingles.  We asked Jason if he would paint that strip black to blend in with the shingles. Without hesitation Jason took care of this for us.
