I hired Southline Roofing to replace my roof after it had been damaged by a tree limb. They were incredibly responsive and walked me through the entire process to make sure that I was comfortable. The work was performed on time, and the entire process was done in a very professional manner. The staff communicated well with me from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again. In addition to installing new roofs in 2 of our houses, we hired them to repair (what looked like) a minor rot repair on an exterior wall of our home. After finding the rot was spread throughout the entire wall! Ignacio redirected his crew and they spent nearly a week replacing all rot, 2 windows and all new siding on the front wall. He said he’d do his best to keep the unexpected cost low and would complete the job within the week. I have to say I was shocked when he showed me the extent of the rot and I was concerned about the cost to repair but Ignacio took care of us as if we were his family. He finished quickly and was thorough with excellent communication and very reasonable pricing. I wouldn’t trust anybody else. He is clearly a cut above the rest in his field. A true professional who manages his business exceptionally well! We trust him wholeheartedly...
