"Great work on a siding repair. Canadian goose flew into my wall at 11:30pm (too weird and random) and left a hole. I spoke with Ben and he was very reassuring. Sent Jacob out for an estimate, very thorough. Two very nice gentleman Joe and Juan had the repair done in about 30 min. In addition, Joe was in contact with me about scheduling and keeping me informed when the work would be done. They matched my color perfectly. "Met adam a couple months ago as he came to our house to quote on a new roof we needed. Very pleasant and answered all my questions. Vista called about what day we can do the roofing. Jared and his guys came today fri Nov 21st. Got here at 7am finished around 1pm and did a great job. After job was finished they did a thorough cleanup and was walked around the house while explaining what they did. Took pics with a drone. Adam and Jared very professional and easy to talk to. "Prior to reaching out to Vista, I had a leak in my sunroom. That company came out and conducted an inspection on the roof of the sunroom and informed me that the leak was not due to any of their work. He informed me that the leak was coming from the siding. I contacted Vista Roofing the next day. John came out later that week, conducted a very detailed inspection on the siding and informed me that the leak issue was not due to the siding but was due to the roof on the sunroom. He was honest with me. He explained that if they were to repair the siding issue, the leak will still be present. Vista provided me with the cost to repair the siding issue. They completed the siding repair today and I’m a very satisfied customer. The team that completed the repairs were very professional and displayed excellent customer service. Thank you for a job well done! I reached out to the sunroom company. They sent a different inspector and found that the leak is due to their work and they will repair it soon. "I would hands down use them again. First, licensed and insured. Second, the crew, John, and Mason were great. They started and found more issues. They found the best way to handle it, gave me a quote, options of how to handle it and had a framer out that same day to move the project along....not always possible but it happened. They cleaned up all the mess, hauled everything away. Always called, text and communicated every step of the way. John took care as if it was his own house and THAT is so impressive. I did get quotes from 2 other companies and they were way more expensive than Vista. They worked into the early night and got the job done and right within 3-4 days. Thank you. It is stressful dealing with this stuff and I didn't feel so lost or hung out to dry financially."

"The team at Midlands Roofing and Exteriors went above and beyond my expectations on a recent roof repair. It all started with a quick call to their office, and they had me scheduled for an inspection just a few days later. Brandon came out and spent about 45 minutes carefully going over the entire roof. He pointed out several issues I hadn’t noticed and even suggested removing an old, unused chimney for a reasonable price. On repair day, the weather forced a couple of reschedules, but the communication was always clear and professional. When the crew finally came, they showed up right at 8 a.m. and worked steadily until about 6 p.m. Their attention to detail was impressive, they matched the shingles so well that in many spots you can’t even tell a repair was made. They went above and beyond by trimming back some overhanging branches and even cleaning out the gutters while they were up there. Cody, the project manager, also spotted an issue outside of the original estimate and explained why it was important to fix. It added a bit to the cost, but I’m glad I agreed because they uncovered two holes in the plywood that needed immediate attention. For the amount of work they did, I thought the price was very reasonable. By the end of the job, everything was explained clearly, the site was spotless, and there wasn’t a scrap of debris left behind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
