"We contacted Crosby Roofing after our homeowners insurance wouldn’t cover a full roof replacement. The office contacted us within just a couple days to schedule an inspection. About a week later we were picking out our shingles and just waiting for the day our roof would get replaced. The day of our roof replacement, the crew arrived promptly at 0630, and got right to work. Sergio and Julio provided overview pictures throughout the process. The crew did a great job of protecting our property and items around the outside of our home. I highly recommend this company for anyone that is in need of a new roof!"

The roof went up in one day and looks amazing. The roofers we fast and neat. Cleaning up as they went. Our landscaping received very little damage. Just a few smushed flowers. "Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left"

"Johnny came by and inspected my roof, I knew I needed to replace it but I didn't know just how bad it was until after he looked at it. Most of the time they can get all if the replacement covered but mine was so bad that some of it had to be out of pocket, he was very knowledgeable and straight with me about what would be covered and what would not and estimate of how much it would cost me. The team that put the roof in was fast and professional and I even had a limb fall in my roof in the middle of the job but they worked with me to give me time to get that moved so they could finish up, I am in the historical district and everyone who sees it is impressed. I would recommend Johnny and the BCR team to anyone who needs roof work."

"Great work on a siding repair. Canadian goose flew into my wall at 11:30pm (too weird and random) and left a hole. I spoke with Ben and he was very reassuring. Sent Jacob out for an estimate, very thorough. Two very nice gentleman Joe and Juan had the repair done in about 30 min. In addition, Joe was in contact with me about scheduling and keeping me informed when the work would be done. They matched my color perfectly. Everyone I was in communication with was knowledgeable, professional and would definitely recommend them."

"Met adam a couple months ago as he came to our house to quote on a new roof we needed. Very pleasant and answered all my questions. Vista called about what day we can do the roofing. Jared and his guys came today fri Nov 21st. Got here at 7am finished around 1pm and did a great job. After job was finished they did a thorough cleanup and was walked around the house while explaining what they did. Took pics with a drone. Adam and Jared very professional and easy to talk to. "Prior to reaching out to Vista, I had a leak in my sunroom. That company came out and conducted an inspection on the roof of the sunroom and informed me that the leak was not due to any of their work. He informed me that the leak was coming from the siding. I contacted Vista Roofing the next day. John came out later that week, conducted a very detailed inspection on the siding and informed me that the leak issue was not due to the siding but was due to the roof on the sunroom. He was honest with me. He explained that if they were to repair the siding issue, the leak will still be present. Vista provided me with the cost to repair the siding issue. They completed the siding repair today and I’m a very satisfied customer. The team that completed the repairs were very professional and displayed excellent customer service. Thank you for a job well done! I reached out to the sunroom company. They sent a different inspector and found that the leak is due to their work and they will repair it soon. I will recommend Vista Roofing to all of my friends if they need a roof or siding. Thanks again!!"

"I would hands down use them again. First, licensed and insured. Second, the crew, John, and Mason were great. They started and found more issues. They found the best way to handle it, gave me a quote, options of how to handle it and had a framer out that same day to move the project along....not always possible but it happened. They cleaned up all the mess, hauled everything away. Always called, text and communicated every step of the way. John took care as if it was his own house and THAT is so impressive. I did get quotes from 2 other companies and they were way more expensive than Vista. They worked into the early night and got the job done and right within 3-4 days. Thank you. It is stressful dealing with this stuff and I didn't feel so lost or hung out to dry financially."

"The team at Midlands Roofing and Exteriors went above and beyond my expectations on a recent roof repair. It all started with a quick call to their office, and they had me scheduled for an inspection just a few days later. Brandon came out and spent about 45 minutes carefully going over the entire roof. He pointed out several issues I hadn’t noticed and even suggested removing an old, unused chimney for a reasonable price. On repair day, the weather forced a couple of reschedules, but the communication was always clear and professional. When the crew finally came, they showed up right at 8 a.m. and worked steadily until about 6 p.m. Their attention to detail was impressive, they matched the shingles so well that in many spots you can’t even tell a repair was made. They went above and beyond by trimming back some overhanging branches and even cleaning out the gutters while they were up there. Cody, the project manager, also spotted an issue outside of the original estimate and explained why it was important to fix. It added a bit to the cost, but I’m glad I agreed because they uncovered two holes in the plywood that needed immediate attention. For the amount of work they did, I thought the price was very reasonable. By the end of the job, everything was explained clearly, the site was spotless, and there wasn’t a scrap of debris left behind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
