The Monarch team replaced our roof several years ago using the SC Safe Grant.  The microburst this week damaged our roof .  I placed a call to the Myrtle Beach office and Angel was an absolute savior.  Her demeanor was calming and her knowledge refreshing.
She set up an appointment for the next day, told me who would be coming, and sent a picture of him.  Prior to his prompt arrival, Angel had already sent two texts to alert me. Andrew was amazing as he explained exactly what he was going to do.  After he completed his task on our roof, he went with me to an 86 year old friend of ours and went on her roof AND two other homes whose owners saw him.  From my text to Angel and follow up call, to Andrew’s amazing professionalism  and a final conversation with Eric Smith, the experience could not have been any more professional.
Anyone who needs a roof and does not contact Monarch, is doing a significant disservice to themselves.
(I Failed to  mention that Andrew‘s wife is in her 39th week of pregnancy....

Shout out to the crew of Monarch Roofing. Andrew inspected our roof and marked everything before the insurance adjuster came.He walked us through the entire process of replacing our roof. Reuben made understanding the insurance process so easy to understand. Ainhoa kept us informed and updated on the project. Zach, the crew manager, kept everything on task.
