The roof went up in one day and looks amazing. The roofers we fast and neat. Cleaning up as they went. Our landscaping received very little damage. Just a few smushed flowers. "Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left"

Chase was very thorough explaining the process of working with insurance and an even met with the insurance adjusters on the date of our home inspection. "Gilstrap is the BEST!!! I live primarily in another state and I only go to my SC house 4-5 times a year...I noticed the roof leak and immediately guessed...it must be coming from the pipe boot because it's a house of only 3+ yrs. Since being from out of state...I don't know any local repair company except googling was my only option...so I called 2-3 companies...one said on the phone itself that we don't even bother to come if the repair is less than $500 because thats our min charge and another came to fly a drone and gave me a quote almost double to what Gilstrap quoted me without even bothering to get on the roof and checking the real damage. So basically they were quoting me of a pic...I called Gilstrap and the very first thing said that our guy will come and get on the roof to do a real assessment of the damage. That speaks for itself. They come before time...amazing people...high quality service!!! I am not at my SC home right now but they came to fix it and sent me the bill. I fully trust them and won't think twice to contact them in future or if any of my friends and family need help...they will be our first choice for sure!!!"

"Had my roof replaced and my experience with Gilstrap was outstanding. Their price was competitive and their follow through on quotes and communication was excellent. Chase London was responsible for the analysis and purchase while Marcos Gonzalez managed the work and quality validation. They both were excellent! The work was so efficient like I have never seen before. They finished our 2500 sq ft ranch in one day and had 6-8 people working at all times. They did follow up and further cleanup and checking for more nails the next day. I recommend them highly and will use them again if I need more roof work done. We had solar panels to remove and put back and that was also done quickly and without incident."
